TROY, NY: We're pleased to announce our new partnership with Blacks In Cybersecurity (BIC), a conference series and all-encompassing networking/development group for the black community in cybersecurity. BIC seeks to promote advancement, knowledge, education and culture in the cybersecurity and greater STEM community.

“With this partnership, we will work to create opportunities in cybersecurity for the black community through education, professional development, internships and careers within GreyCastle Security,” said Francesca LoPorto-Brandow, Director of Culture at GreyCastle Security. “We believe wholeheartedly in BIC’s mission and we’re honored to be a part of it moving forward. We will be hosting a conference series, allowing our people to share their expertise on various topics and their stories to add diverse perspectives on how to achieve a career in cybersecurity. Our partnership with BIC will help us foster a more inclusive world both within our company and in the industry. Thank you to Evin Hill, Security Specialist at GreyCastle Security, for making the introduction to BIC.”

Our conference series with BIC will kick off in 2022.

“We’re thrilled to be joining forces with GreyCastle Security,” said Alexandria Barnett, Director of Public Relations at BIC. “Our partnership will further encourage the participation of the black community in cybersecurity and we’re eager to see what we can accomplish together.”
