Jamie Aiello is the Chief Commercial Officer for GreyCastle Security.
Jamie has over two decades of experience in services and commercial operations at the departmental and corporate level. At GreyCastle Security, he is responsible for ensuring that our offerings are continuously operating efficiently and in alignment with all clients’ needs. Jamie oversees the successful direction, planning, and execution aspects of GreyCastle Security's commercial policies, objectives, and initiatives, including developing life cycle marketing strategies and developing products and services.
He completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Government at Le Moyne College and has earned two Master’s degrees, one in Computer Information Science from the University of Phoenix and an MBA with a focus in Information Technology from Gardner-Webb University.
Gary Braglia is a Senior Security Specialist at GreyCastle Security with over 10 years of experience as an IT professional. Gary began his career as an application developer with the NYS Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), is a graduate of SUNY Albany with a Master’s degree in Information Science (M.S.I.S.) and the owner of industry-recognized certifications including Tenable Certified Network Auditor (TCNA) and CompTIA Security+.
At GreyCastle, Gary consults with clients in a wide range of security domains, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, security assessments, network security, application security and policy development.
Mark Coffey, Director of Service Operations, has been with GreyCastle Security since early 2020. He has spent 20+ years in various positions including management and leadership in the Information Technology industry.
Mark began his career in Project Management attaining his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in 2007 and has maintained that credential to date. Leveraging his experience and knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge, he introduced the discipline of Project Management to a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) and formally created a Project Management Office.
In his current role, he oversees all service delivery, including execution of all client-facing work to ensure that services are delivered in-line with business strategy and objectives, including quality, productivity, profitability and revenue targets with the ultimate objective that business solutions are realized by GreyCastle Security clients.
Mike Convertino is the Chief Security Officer at Arceo. Mike will partner with Arceo's Insurance carriers, brokers and companies to provide insurance strategies that maximize a company's resilience in from a cybersecurity perceptive.
Convertino frequently briefs Fortune 500 clients on best practices for agile development methodologies, security workforce management, cloud security, intrusion detection and mitigation, risk analysis and forensics in the across all business verticals.
He is an industry leader in the development of new security technologies and paradigms, melding the best of traditional IT security with the latest security in DevOps models for cloud environments.
Christina D’Antonio (ECIH, PCOP, PCI-ISA) is a specialist-level technology, information security and risk management professional. Christina is a 2015 graduate of SUNY Albany’s Digital Forensics program. She currently holds three years of experience at GreyCastle Security assisting with the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for financial, healthcare, higher education, energy, information technology and gaming industries. Christina has strong knowledge of HIPAA, PCI, ISO and NIST standards and regulations that can be applied in a variety of functions. She also has experience in Incident Response proactive and reactive functions, including program development and testing, as well as forensics and analysis of evidence.
Mike Denz is the Chief Financial Officer for GreyCastle Security. For the last 15 years, Mike has served in a capacity of CFO and VP of Finance all while instructing six acquisitions ranging in size from $20K to over $20M. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for three companies including Assured Information Security, Riverhawk Company and GreyCastle Security.
Dan Didier is the Vice President of Solutions and Product Management and on the Board of Directors for GreyCastle Security.
Dan Didier is a cybersecurity pragmatist who partners with business leaders to appropriately position cybersecurity for the practical, effective and relevant protection of business assets through risk management.
Dan notably implemented a cybersecurity program to comply with the newly defined Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) cybersecurity reliability standards for energy companies and the bulk electric system, more commonly known as “the grid”.
Dan is accredited with several industry certifications and he received his bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Master’s degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University.
Leah Donahue is a focused and high-energy Business Development Regional Manager with over 10 years in Client Success and Account Management. Leah's passion is helping organizations incorporate risk treatment and security as a trusted advisor, and she brings a history of both working with small business and enterprise-level organizations through strategic engagements. Leah takes personal pride in setting goals, actively challenging herself, and inspiring her team forward through hard work and perseverance.
As a Business Development Regional Manager at GreyCastle Security, Erin manages a team of qualified Account Managers, Solution Advisors, and Solution Specialists to guide organizations and institutions through navigating their risk management and compliance landscape and right sizing solutions to meet their needs.
Erin partners with Boards of Directors, CEOs, CIOs and CISOs within Healthcare, Higher Education, and Technology organizations. She helps these organizations develop, maintain, and continuously improve cybersecurity risk management programs, navigate state and federal compliance regulations, satisfy client requirements, and mitigate security incidents.
Charles Green is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Assured Information Security (AIS), a cyber and information security company founded in 2001 and headquartered in Rome, New York. Green has more than 20 years of experience in offensive and defensive information operations, as well as Department of Defense information assurance research and development.
AIS has produced many specialized products for the highest levels of government in cybersecurity and computer network operations. In the past six years, the company has nearly doubled its workforce, more than quadrupled its revenue, acquired three companies and has expanded to its eight locations, while offering employees some of the best benefits in the industry.
He currently sits on the Board of Directors for GreyCastle Security Cyber New York Alliance and Mohawk Valley Edge. Green is also a member of the Mohawk Valley Regional Development Council.
Wade Huebner joined GreyCastle in 2017 and has since established the Program Management Office. During this time he has developed standard operating practices based off of recognized industry methodologies. Wade has 5+ years of experience working with different facets of the project management life cycle. Wade’s background includes working with clients across multiple industries, managing remote teams, and establishing best practices.
Kristin Johnson leads the development of GreyCastle Security’s training and development department. She joined the company in 2017, after serving as a sales consultant over the years since the company’s inception. Having been a Cybersecurity Solutions Advisor prior to her transition to training, she worked diligently to learn GreyCastle’s business and the industry-at-large in order to successfully bring in new business to the organization. This became the foundation of her qualifications to take on the role as Team Lead for Commercial Learning and Development.
Dan Kalil is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairman for GreyCastle Security. Dan is a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner with nearly a decade of experience working in leadership roles in the field. Dan has served in a managerial and VP of Operations capacity for the last 5 years.
Francesca has more than 10 years of experience with developing high performing teams within organizations by using an inclusive culture as a strategy to recruit and retain talent, drive talent development and engagement, promote corporate social responsibility, and create an innovative and agile environment for people to do their best work.
As Director, People and Culture for GreyCastle Security, Francesca established a new function responsible for the development and integration of Organizational Development and Human Resources practices with the purpose of creating, sustaining, and leveraging GreyCastle’s inclusive culture to deliver innovative services to clients, achieve strategic corporate goals and year-over-year triple-digit growth. Making GreyCastle a best place to work is one of her main responsibilities, with 95% talent retention (2017-present), GreyCastle has been awarded ABR Best Places to Work for 4 years and Albany TU Top Workplaces for 3 consecutive years. Francesca is a Lean Six Sigma–certified Green Belt. She also strongly believes in corporate social responsibility and is a proud YWCA-GCR board member. In 2013, she coordinated and emceed the inaugural TEDx Troy—a livestream of TEDCity 2.0. Since 2012, she has coordinated and emceed the Troy 100 Forum (a biannual forum for government, religious and community leaders to discuss issue vital to the future of Troy, New York).
Bilingual in English and Italian, Francesca holds a degree from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Management & Technology. She is a Lean Six Sigma- certified Green Belt and in 2018, she won Cybersecurity Recruiter of the year North America by the Cybersecurity Excellence Awards.
Dan has spent over 30 years working in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry. During this time he has held various key leadership and turn-around positions for organizations such as Rochester Tel, Citizens Communications (Frontier), PAETEC Communications, IntegraOptics, tw telecom/Level3, and Centurylink. In addition to various voice and data technology platforms, he possesses a strong background in leadership development, sales and sales leadership, transformational leadership, and strategic planning. Dan is very committed to professional development initiatives and continues to be an active member of Vistage International.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology from Lafayette College where he also is a member of their Athletic Hall of Fame.
When not at work Dan can be found enjoying time with his family and friends, golfing, traveling or relaxing at his home on Canada Lake, NY.

Pelgrin retired in June 2015 as the President and CEO of the Center for Internet Security (CIS), an international nonprofit organization focused on enhancing the cybersecurity readiness and response of public and private sector entities. Pelgrin is Co-Founder and Partner of CYBERWA, Inc., an exclusive cybersecurity service to help protect corporate executives, celebrities, politicians, and other high value individuals from successful cyberattacks.
Pelgrin was appointed to serve as a Commission Member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Commission on Cybersecurity to brief the 44th President of the United States on critical cybersecurity issues. He is also the chair of the Board of Directors and the Global Strategic Advisor of the Global Cyber Alliance.
Sean Phillips is a high-energy sales leader with a passion for solving problems. Over the past two years, Sean has been a key player in building the Solutions Specialist Team from the ground up, by promoting integrity, collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

Mike Stamas is an entrepreneur, Vice President of Business Development, and Co-founder of GreyCastle Security.
With over two decades of experience in the technology sector, Mike pairs his management and business development skills with a deep understanding of information security. He brings a unique brand of risk-based advising to clients and prospects.
Mike holds certifications in numerous security and related areas, including the Department of Homeland Security and other security technologies like Symantec, Cisco and Microsoft.
Mike also plays an active role in his community and currently serves as a Board Member and Vice President of InfraGard in Albany as well as serves on board positions for the Capital Region YMCA, Troy Branch and the Downtown Troy Business Improvement District. He has been recognized for his numerous achievements through various honors including the Albany Business Review’s prestigious 40 Under 40 award.
