Position Description

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Associate Solution Advisor is responsible for qualifying lead generation efforts and strategically prospecting target accounts to identify relevant business challenges and expected results. In partnership with Solution Engineer, they create compelling solutions to solve unique business challenge(s) for prospects. By demonstrating the value of GreyCastle Security to prepare and protect clients from emerging cyber threats through the continuous availability of solutions rooted in alignment, quality, and satisfaction, they gain prospective clients' trust and motivate them to engage with GreyCastle Security.

  • Understand relevant trends and issues affecting clients in their assigned vertical(s)
  • Manages inbound lead efforts to include marketing and partner program leads
  • Understand GreyCastle Security's solutions and how they help organizations overcome their cybersecurity and privacy challenges
  • Act as both an independent contributor and team player in executing plans that lead to greater market accept
  • Build strong relations to drive sales and meet individual, team and company lead generation and sales goals
  • Act as a creative problem solver with the ability to bring others along with critical decisions, strategies, and tactics both internally and externally
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to multi-task, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses presentation skills and knowledge to build prospect and client presentations and proposals
  • Actively identifies and develops new and renewal opportunities with assigned current client accounts to contribute in exceeding individual and team quarterly and annual goals
  • Proactively manage all client account information client in Salesforce and any additional related software platforms

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

  • 1 years Business to Business (B2B) information security, technology or related sales experience in Higher Education, Healthcare or Technology industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Inside sales history with a proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding lead generation quotas
  • Experience with Salesforce or related CRM
