The Security Program Manager is the primary contact for Managed Security Service (MSS) clients. This role is responsible for managing all services and projects provided to both Managed and Project-based clients to ensure seamless service delivery. This role will also be responsible for supporting the services team with overall resource assignments and utilization. Major job functions include resource forecasting, and the coordination of team capabilities with current, and future workload. The Security Program Manager is a critical team member and is essential to the delivery of security services at GreyCastle Security.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Security Program Management role is for individuals that have proven experience managing multiple projects.
