Position Description

The Cybersecurity Solution Advisor generates new business, ensures new Client Success and acts as the primary liaison between GreyCastle Security and its prospects. The Cybersecurity Solution Advisor participates in Business Development activities and works to ensure that sales goals are met.

Position Responsibilities

  • Actively identifies, develops and closes new opportunities
  • Meets or exceeds established monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Communicates sales performance, projections, plans, issues and other information to key personnel to ensure effective management of clients
  • Communicates independently, effectively, clearly, and professionally with prospects, employees, supervisors and managers to establish and maintain considerate and cooperative relationships
  • Maintains opportunity, data and other information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other systems
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintains relationships with clients and GreyCastle Security Partners by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

    Required Education and Experience

    • 3+ years of new Business Developments
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
