Title: Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist

Status: Full-time

Travel Requirements: Up to 10%


The Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist is responsible for qualifying leads and providing sales support.


  • Business Development
    • Provide administrative support to multiple sales teams and Business Development
    • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
    • Assist with client and partner marketing activities
    • Maintain and update CRM data, including clients and contacts
    • Tradeshow attendance

  • Solutions Specialist
    • Identify and qualify leads
    • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing strategies
    • Monitor lead transition through the classification process
    • Transition qualified leads to advisors
    • Achieve goal of ten qualified appointments per month

    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, participating in professional societies.

Required Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of new Business Developments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
