Title: Security Program Manager

Supervisor: Vice President, Services

Status: Full Time

Position Description

The Security Program Manager will coordinate, administer and organize multi-practices project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Vice President of Services, aiming at flawless project execution and Client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information for multi-practice projects
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Coordinate with and orchestrate service delivery with multiple practices
  • Clearly define milestones and deliverables
  • Make certain that Clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and resource utilization
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Required Education and Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management in a related field
  • Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and of project management tools
  • BS/BA in a related field
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification a plus
  • Autotask experience a plus

The position does not require in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, however, is expected to have an appreciation and working knowledge of general concepts.
